Today In History February 5th

In 1918, during World War I, a ship called the SS Tuscania was carrying 2,000 American troops to Europe, when a German U-boat UB-77 torpedoed it in the Irish sea. 210 people were lost at sea, and many bodies were later found washed ashore.
